Can we skip this whole 35 Seconds to SHOW THE CHAMPION WE PLAY?!?!?! It kills me to wait 35 seconds, it piles up. Then 180 seconds to Ban 6 champions. It's too long, com'on. Then round drops if somebody doesn't ban. COM'ON!!!! I am here to play a Moba, not an MMO.

Also, can we get back to: Pick 1, pick 2, mechanic? Waiting another 40 seconds for every..single..person...pick...their...champ...one...by...one...

sometimes the queue+champ select takes longer than the actual game where the graves jungle and fiora top go 52/0

The 1 pick at a time is good, stops people lower than you in pick order from auto-locking without taking team composition into consideration.
