Twin Shadows, Redemption, Locket, GLP, Banner of Command, Zz'rot are all good utility options.

Either full AP or heavy tank with a Solari.

Utility is exceptionally risky because then you are a very squishy, very immobile mid-range stun bot with minimal gold income and existing to unload items.

Before Runes Reforged item 3401 item 3022 was my core on Sion support. Did real well with it. But things changed, I moved to other things. I think Titanic Hydra could work on Sion support now, if you like the playstyle it provides and know what you are doing. (which might take a few games to get used to it)
