Why isnt Swain ever listed as a counter to Malzahar on any sites?

Had a super easy game and made it so apparently how hard he counters malz http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2628534467/235158654?tab=overview

-Swain's Q takes off Malz's passive in 1 tick, kills voidlings and able to farm without ever being in range of Malz's abilities -R kills voidlings, heals and does damage even when Malz ults him, heal over time straight up reverses the damage over time -His passive also gets extra mana when he kills a voidling in 1 auto to help his sustain -Builds item 3027 and larger HP pool makes him a lot harder to kill compared to squishier pure AP mages

I wouldn't call that a counter like malz not doing a good job in keeping his distance. Swain is a short range mage, shouldn't be hard to not get too close to him. If ya talking about all in straight up fight than yeah its a counter but Malz not suppose to do that in the first place. As a mage champion, don't see him having too much problem farming when farming under tower or spam abilities to farm whenever he had the chance.
