Everyone knows its broken. The E's hitbox is stupid easy to land, once it lands on you good luck getting out of that stupid range. Once snared, here comes snare #2, and then youre dead.

this is not true. There are many mages which can trade early good if not even better if they hit everything. Lux, Cassio, Ryze as a few examples

Ryze just needs to point and click a snare, so its easy for him. Lux & Cassio is almost impossible to land a skill shot when LeBlanc can just warp back to safety.

this depends on your playstyle. It should be safe, and all of those champions are able to do that. Yes, she is extremely strong at the moment. But that does not mean that you have no chance. Any of those champions, maybe the least TF, Veigar and Ziggs, have the ability to be as good as her or even better under certain circumstances.

But it also depends on the point of view - mine is based on logic, and yours on emotions

Mainly champions that require you to skill shot her. Because she can just flash away with her ability.

changes LeBlanc from dealing 1 damage to none.

The funny thing is LB maxes chains last. It'll have the base damage of 80 for most of the game. It's the passive that gives the impression of the damage.

She's an assassin. If you get caught up in her abilities you are suppose to die. The idea is to try and play around them, counter them, and all in on her after she fires of and destroy her while she's on cool down. Granted she is tough, but so is Kat and Zed of you get too close. Veigar is the same as a mage. Getting caught by him mid and late game is almost certainly death.
