The Last Row Of Domination Needs Changes
The prerequisites to gain the power in the last row of domination is way too role situational and potentialy weak or strong.
How is anyone that isn't a jungler or mid laner supposed to get all 5 stacks? Is there some point that bot lane players are supposed to rotate top lane to get a shot at killing the enemy top for their stack or vice versa?
Are laners expected to leave lane and hunt down the enemy jungler if they never leave the jg?
Or if one team has a successful invade, is it really a good idea to have that much power in a rune potentially accessible from the start of the game?
The requirements in the last or "hunter" row of domination should have been reversed with eyeball collection.
With eyeball collection having a effect similar to infernal drake. So even if you get a bunch of stacks (or all of them) early it doesn't give you an unholy power spike of damage in the early game.
Seems a lot more reasonable then expecting a player to run across the map or wait for a team fight to get their first opportunity at a permanent buff for a rune that everyone has to take if they run domination primary.
Also Gameplay+ can suck an egg.
