How do you fight Nocturne's fear?
Whenever I fight Nocturne, he starts with his fear and I can't run far enough to break the tether or burst him down fast enough to kill him.
Is there something I'm missing?

Use an ability on him to use up his W, then use a crowd control effect. Or juke and use a mobility tool to create the necessary separation.
If none of these options are available to you? You shouldn't travel alone then.
