Yep. They see a champion they haven't played against and lose then it's all "OMG this so broken nerf now!" or "Cho's ult does 1000 true damage thats so stupid! Rito sucks with their stupid no skill champs".

And he has been a thing for a while. Having the highest win rate as support and a very high win rate mid a long way back in to season 5. Even as support he has the most damage in the match more often than not. It seems like it's long past due to tune him down.

I mean, we're in pre-season 6, actually.

Also, that's kind of ignoring Deathfire Touch, and the fact that it basically added a 33% AP ratio to his passive (now it's going down to an effective 25% AP ratio).

People still think he's a viable support? Yeesh. It was terrible when they posted that ridiculous article and it's even worse now that sustain supports are so powerful thanks to windspeaker's. Why anyone thinks he's anything more than a weaker Annie is beyond me. Mid lane, he makes sense. Bot lane, if he's winning, it's because that side is better at the game than the other. Only time I've lost lane to a Brand is when my adc disconnected.
