Accidentally posted this in GD earlier, but w/e.

With the introduction to the pre-season Heimerdinger is feeling the love. With the new item 3060 it turns Heimer is a mega-sustaining/semi-tanky anti-poke champion with as much as 50-60 hp/5 in the midgame. On top of that, AP opponents will cry as they helplessly cannot kill the promoted minion as it batters down their turret.

item 2137 Gives the master of pushing even more pushing power with the old banner passive of extra minion damage including to towers.

The dragon/baron buffs benefit him amazingly, have you see a baron buffed promoted seige minion yet? It is SCARY. Are you prepared for the Dong?
