Can they please rework how silences work?

So I was playing against fiddlesticks as akali mid and his silence combined with his fear and ult makes his all in pretty safe. So safe in fact that I can't even Zhonya's to mitigate his burst. I would really appreciate if they could that part since when he is in there is next to no counterplay to that. Very frustrating to play against when he is considered a terrible mid laner
