Global Rengar Announcement?

Recently in a game with a Rengar, I swear every time he got a stack of his bone tooth necklace, there was like a global announcement where he says something like, "Just getting started" or something like that. Was this an addition or something? I haven't heard this before and I didn't notice anything about it in the patch notes but not sure if I just overlooked it.
