Yorick needs this fix to not be a troll pick

Fix the interactions between ghouls and irelia, urgot, and morde. Yorick has enough counters already, you don't need to let these champs invalidate yorick's kit so easily. As it is, I don't even play on this account anymore because yorick gets countered so ridiculously hard. Jax, fiora, trynd, irelia, mord, urgot, aatrox. It's so easy to counter yorick, and so hard for yorick to do anything in these matchups. I dont know about any other counter matchup that's as bad as yorick's. Someone please enlighten me, is there any champion that regularly gets stuck in harder matchups than yorick? I really can't think of a matchup harder than yorick vs irelia.

Have you perhaps considered altering your build/runes for the people you face?

Do you understand what happens in these matchups? You can alter the build as much as you want, but yorick is not going to be of any use vs those champs. It's not about the build, it's about how the kits interact.

Irelia gets stronger when you use your abilities. Urgot stops most of your damage with one ability. Tryndamere is going to use his ult to kill yours, and then his ult will be up first. Jax ignores all your damage and can jump away if he starts losing. Morde heals when yorick attacks.
