So, I went 9/4/5 with Rumble, vs an AD Malz Top. who ended at 4/7/2 Now how is it fair at all... that he can still 1v1 me by only building damage. he was also able to spam his abilities like no tomorrow... Like. Wtf? why did riot allow a champion WHO IS ALREADY CANCER AS A MAGE, to be able to have more than 1 minion. Like. i am sorry but i am sure even a QSS wouldnt have saved me.

We kicked him out of lane with Multiple ganks and i would constantly try to keep up. But he is still able to catch up due to his Minions and his AOE abilities. Also stacking tear on him was a breeze with all of that spam. It just makes me wonder why Riot doesnt Scale down the Dmg that can be drawn out by the minions. Or make them Scale off of %AP.

I totally agree with you on that. He is already an AP Mage. The Voidlings scaling off that also would just be HORRID! So much nope....
I honestly LOVE playing 
. AD or AP works great but lack power on either side of his kit. Example: AP makes Voidlings weak since they scale off his bonus Attack Damage, but going AD makes his spells not as strong. Basiclly its WHERE do you want Malzahar to have his power.
Sadly this Malzahar player didn't know that the Voidlings can only proc 2 items passives:
's UNIQUE Passive: Dealing physical damage to an enemy champion Cleaves them, reducing their Armor by 5% for 6 seconds (stacks up to 6 times, up to 30%) Voidlings proc it due to the physical damage that they deal
's UNIQUE Passive: Damaging spells and abilities apply a Movement Speed reduction to enemies based on the spell type:Single Target: 40% reduction for 1.5 seconds. Area of Effect: 40% reduction for 1 seconds Damage over Time or Multi-hit: 20% reduction for 1 seconds. Summoned Minions: 20% reduction for 1 seconds.
Though I'm working on a hybrid build, and its going surprisingly well! It does use both of these items in the build. Still a work in progress honestly.

They had more kills (29 vs 23) that's 2 gold advantages They got first blood (Malz specifically) and first dragon (though your team got the second they still had the damage buff for longer) Their Miss Fortune had 16 kills, more than double anyone on your team (aside from you with 9) and more than the rest of her team combined. She carried. Your Team took 0 towers while they cleared 2 lanes. Lastly Malzahar is a mage with secondary role as ASSASSIN. His kit is BUILT for 1v1's. Even if just barely due to how squishy he is.

DrNova1 votesLook at his CS and you will see why. It doesnt matter when he has nearly twice the CS you do, he is still going to be relevant. And Mahlz can CS very well.
Should have won the game earlier. And done various other things.
