The rune tree makes no sense!!!

I really like the new rune system but I'm frustrated that some skills are available in different trees for no reason. Ex: Celestial Body - Why is it in Inspiration and not Resolve? Ingenious Hunter - Why is it in Domination and not Inspiration?

Why are Zombie Wards and Ghost Poros BOTH in domination tree???
