can quinn vault off of an allied mordes ghost? I mean if morde has a enemy target/champion ghosts out, can quinn vault off of it? I know she can't vault off of friendly minions but what about morde's R ghost?

I don't think she can. The ghost is tecnically on your team so I guess not. Fizz

I actually thought the ghost is interactable since it is the ghost of a target champion which is an enemy.

You can't kill the morde's ghost if hes on your team right? Well... Quinn's vault does damage 40 / 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 (+ 20% bonus AD) It's not only there for her to mark targets/escape

oh welp, that sucks, thought it would work.

Can her vaulting the ghost be used in any beneficial way if it was "allowed or possible?"

Yeah, morde could command the ghost to get near a wall and if you E the ghost as Quinn you could get to the other side of the wall
