How does the legal system in Demacia function as? For example, hypothetically speaking, let's say we have like Jarvan and Quinn, they are both king and queen, what if there was a guy who was hitting on the queen in public, like you know, trying to force himself onto her, with j4 present as well, would the guy be executed on the spot or jailed or what? Or will J4 do something to him? Is it a violation of some sort?
I don't think flirting with the queen is a capital crime in Demacia, so I imagine he'd get away with just a kick to the butt.
Demacia is big on Honor so probably no instant executions or imprisonment but I would imagine Jarvan challenging people to duels which would basically be a death sentence
Well Fioras father tried to cheat on a duel,which basically resulted in a death sentence for him and his whole family being exiled,so lawbreakers are most likely executed.
Though in your example it would likely come off more as an insult to the king instead of a direct crime,so the person would likely be challenged by Jarvan himself to a duel.
I'm sorry, but I have to ask. Is this like, for a fanfiction? Because none of this is outright stated. We don't have the Demacian Constitution, in exact words, on the League website, and I doubt we'll get it because nobody wants to read that (Or write it.). Everything is conjecture and inferred guesses on minute points like "Does Jarvan have a bear skin" or "What happens if you hit on the queen.".
If you're writing a fanfiction, just come up with whatever answer you think fits best and run with it. There's no canon on these super specific instances.

Anyway, I imagine that any punishment in Demacia, what ever it is, would be two things: Swift and harsh.
The thing is, punishment is SO swift and harsh that I doubt there's almost any crime at all, especially towards the monarchy. I think J4 is pretty popular, as far as kings/princes go.
