Blitzcrank's ult passive needs a change
The passive to Static Field is both random and frustrating, mostly for Blitz's lane partner when it steals a creep kill and for Blitz when it gives him away while in brush. I think it could use a change in how it works.
Change it to something like this: The passive only activates when Blitzcrank is in combat with enemy Champions, and prioritizes enemies Blitzcrank is attacking.
Or something like that. In any case, the passive needs less RNG and more action on Blitz's part.
