Edit: Some people seem to think that getting dived means I always die. I don't. It's just the ridiculous amount of early dives that is way out of control. Everyone is constantly looking to dive anyone at every point in the game.

I just wish the towers actually did something. Had an Ezreal dive under tower at like level 6 and take 2 tower shots and he barely lost health. Everything else seems to scale up in health/damage as you play, except the towers (maybe they do, but it's not noticeable).

Same with late game. I've tanked both nexus towers as tanks just so we can win. Yeah, my team was working on them to take them out quickly, but it just seems off to be able to survive that much. Sure, I should be able to take a few hits, but not sit there for a while. Even when people dive the fountain, I've seen them dive in and escape with 10 health.

Diving towers for a kills should be a challenge, not a reliable strategy. As is you basically get 2-3 free seconds under an enemy tower which is pretty much always more than enough.

I would disagree with you, but after the countless times I have been tower dived AT FULL HEALTH, I don't think there is another solution, other than straight up buffing towers.

When it's possible to tower dive someone with full health and escape largely unscathed, that mess cannot be justified.

Towers need more health, more damage and they ought to switch targets when an allied champion attacks an enemy champion within turret range.

Agreed, towers are far to weak. The damage need to ramp up from consecutive shots much faster.

I had a Draven (yes a real Draven) face tank one at level 6 yesterday long enough to kill me from almost full health, and walk out healthy enough to stay in lane. I couldn't believe it, I thought it would at least be a kill trade.

I like the idea of being able to take a tower shot to get poke off, that seems like good gameplay. But it should be very risky to do, and the penalty for taking a few shots should be much higher.

A different more radical idea would be to add more towers, so the range actually overlaps (give the towers behind the 1st one still standing increased range). So you could still poke and trade at the front of the first tower, but if you decide to dive deep then you are getting hit by two. I would radically change parts of the game, might be interesting.

I quit league until they fix this shit. It's either you win lane or lose lane. Then surrender depending on which side your on. It's fucking sad how fast towers get taken, it's fucking sad how easy you can dive. It's fucking sad that there is so much imbalance for a game with so many seasons.

I'm done until Riot makes the game fun again. It's not even fun to be on the winning side, either. You win lane and feel somewhat accomplished for a couple seconds, until you realize the other team is either going to stall the game out to the inhib towers, or they are simply going to FF meaning that lead you got out of pure mechanics in lane meant nothing.

The problem just isn't with turrets, it's with the whole new mastery fuck fest of burst. Increasing ambient gold, reducing tower effectiveness, cheaper prices across the board for AD items specifically and less vision across the board has created a snowballing brainless meta where you snowball a game in 7 minutes and win in 25 with limited ways to get back into the game. Also minions getting roided out after towers start going down, this game is just... well enough people have said it already.

This is also why LCS games are more or less boring to watch and the only things that happen more predominantly now is the exciting lane swaps, where for the first 15-20 minutes f*ck all happens unless someone decides to hang around in lane.

Edit: just to add, In some games people have taken T1 and T2 towers in under 15 minutes in one or more lanes, that's just when someone goes to roam.

If you're getting constantly tower dived at full health at level 3, it means you're playing a squishy with no CC. I get tower dived low levels at full health occassionally, then they decide to not do it again.

Nobody love the paper tower and how they dont protect you well enough.

The death timer is to far punishing because if this.

Snowballing champion have too much easy time for that same reason.

I don't know the turrets seem to do a lot of damage to me (when I'm not all out tank) yet everyone else, including assassins and adcs, seems to tank them just fine.

I'm a Teemo main. Yeah, he doesn't have the most starting health, but when I get camped by the enemy jg and I can't rely on my tower for safety, and sometimes even fountain, there is a balancing issue. Sometimes it's the champions Rengar , and many other times it's because the towers are so ridiculously weak you can almost walk safely under enemy tower at low levels. I'm going to blame towers being weak, in part, on Riot basing what they do with the game around LCS games, instead of what happens in 98% of normal, unprofessional games. Most people don't play at their peak almost every game. Riot needs to take into account the assholes that play their game and that at least 30% of the people you queue up with are going to be assholes, and then work on stopping them from continuing to be that way.

TL;DR Towers suck and need to be buffed tremendously so they are feared like Teemo used to be. Tower diving should only be for higher levels = 12-18 Riot needs to stop basing what they do with the game on LCS games and focus on the common man's games. Rengar is still too strong.

SIDE NOTE: Leveling in matches sucks and needs to be balanced. I shouldn't be fucked for the rest of the game because an Akali or Rengar hit their power spike and no one can take them down solo.

Tower dives at level 3 has been happening since season 2 though... I do agree turrets are extremely weak right now/needs buff but that doesn't change the fact tower dives have happened at level 3, even at level 1 and 2. Because the turrets are weaker, it just happens more often with more variety of champs that might not have had the best diving abilities.

Also the squishier you are, the more likely they will dive you. You play a lot of Vayne. I play Vayne too. I understand. Every1 loves coming bot. It's a double kill of usually two champs. You just gotta accept the fact that it's going to come instead of raging about it. That's why I just started to practice on how to react at early level dives. I just assume it's going to come every game (double if it's Lee Sin which is often).

But yeah this season's a joke. For different reasons like dynamic queue, the number of boosted people, ADC every lane, etc
