So what's the plan for champions who won't really need full VGU's for a while?

By this I mean both of these champions don't really full blown VGUs because there isn't really anything wrong with their kits beyond overt simplicity, but that's a good thing imo. Both of these champions, in game, don't really look as cool as they could, and especially is one who has those weird proportions that was part of 
's most recent update. So what exactly are we going to do about champions like this who don't really need GUs but could use a little visual polishing? I guess you could just use skins for them, but that doesn't really solve the issue imo.
Other ex. could be: 
I don't really think there's any problems with their kits, not really, I just think polishing would be nice. I remember reading somewhere that the VU and GU guys got rolled into one unit, and so I don't fully expect anything to happen to these until they get full VGUs in couple years, but that just kind of sucks.
