The way his rework is described, being rebuilt from scratch, odds are high this is the point where we get the Noxus relaunch similar to how it was with Galio and Demacia. Swain being the leader of Noxus currently, this only makes sense. This would also be great for more lore on all our Noxian champions (

Assuming the Noxus update will follow same standards of the Demacia update, non-central character could be left out.

both are Swain's allies in the Black Rose, if one had to be omitted it would probably be Vlad tbh.
both only need bios so it should be easy enough to squeeze them in.
these don't have central roles in Noxus' politics and have the highest chances of being left out. Talon from his current lore, has resigned himself to searching for General Du Couteau, Riven has left Noxus and Draven is but Urgot's replacement and a pawn in a grander scheme.
We could probably also expect a Noxus story similar to what we got with almost every other region, where multiple champions are involved or a story about the empire itself.
The question is, will they stop making all Noxians be the scape-goat "army of dudes that die en masse to show how cool this other character is" crew?
LeBlanc needs some attention in terms of lore. She is arguably one of the most complex and mysterious characters in League.
Singed is zaun, riven is more closely associated to Ionia if anything. And I'm fairly sure Cassiopeia operates in Shurima
Vlad desperately needs some lore, he looks like there's a lot going on beneath the surface.

is almost certainly going to get more lore, considering her Short Story was already released

Yeah,like others pointed out already I think that out of all the noxian champs the ones who are most likely going to be left out are and (SInged and Urgot are likely considered Zaunite champs and Keld has his full lore already)
Though personally I'd hope for everyone to get an update,even if it is unlikely.

are left iirc lol)
But I really would like a Zaun rerelease when Singed gets his due. He, Viktor, and maybe new Urgot are the kingpins as far as I'm concerned.
For now though, a new Noxus would be bomb.
