I see that trinity force gets 20% cdr up from 10

Shouldn't Both items have 20% CDR AP champions Rely on their abilities while AD champions usually rely on their basic attacks It kinda doesn't seem ok that Trinity gets more CDR when it already has tons of stats in it and is AD Item where lich base has way less stats and is AP Item

20% cdr Lich Bane item 3100 = item 3108 +item 3057 +item 3113

and maybe some extra mana to Lich Bane would be since since Trintiy already got million stats in it? For instance Lich Bane currently gives 250 mana so the mana would go up from 250 to 400?

no, just no. cdr is everywhere in ap items now. zhonyas, abyssal, lich bane, nashors tooth, nomicon, and nevermind that ap champs can still build ionians.

give 20% cdr to lich bane and it becomes standard rush on so many champs. i mean why rush anything else as twisted fate. it would literally be the perfect item. why rush anything else as fizz?

at least right now those champs have to make choices between more cdr or some cdr and a better damage item.

Maybe not Nasus. The buildpath is very weak for him, since he wants to farm Q and not trade earlygame (else he gets destroyed) he prefers resistances. that's why nasus classic rush items are things like item 3110 item 3025 item 3065

I don't understand why TF is getting changed to 20% cdr and removing crit in the first place... with all the attack speed now. Such a bad change imo and completely unnecessary.

As Chuck mentioned, there are tons of other AP items that provide CDR. Many of the items that the typical ADC will build do not provide as much, if any CDR. It actually makes more sense to provide more CDR per item for non-casters than for casters to prevent exceeding the CDR limit as a result of the recent changes.

I honestly think this could be a good thing. If they continue to tailor Trinity Force into an ADC item, that could potentially open the door for new spellblade items geared toward other roles. I personally think it would be interesting to see a healing spellblade effect for sustain champions.

You're thinking, but the problem I see with both of these is that both item 3145 and item 1053 already have on-hit effects.

item 3024 and item 3113 do not, and I feel like that would pose a problem.

item 3044 does as well, but the passive effect, Rage, is still present in item 3078
