Should Braum be able to block champion projectiles?

His wall blocks all projectiles, but not certain projectile based champions.

Yasuo's wind wall does the same thing currently, however their is 1 major difference. Braum still gets hit by the projectiles he blocks. So, why couldnt he take the hit if it was a lee kick? or an alistar headbutt? or a Vi ult?

No.

What you're asking for is basically Braum to be able to stop dashes with E (and take the hit if the dash has damage and/or cc attached to it). It could work, but it's not a light buff. It would give Braum too much power.

Simple change

Remove the damage reduction for all of the blocked effects after the first

So he loses the damage reduction but now has tools vs the mobility creep

But the problem is that this is not what Braum IS: Braum is the wall that stands in front of his allies and eats all the arrows, the bombs, the fireballs, then throws the thumb up and says "Braum is here" smiling without a scratch. He is meant to be the ultimate defense against long range aggressors, not against melee divers and assassins. Removing the damage reduction would hinder this effectiveness. It simply doesn't fit his fantasy.

He is a moveable wall so there's that. new poppy will be able to stop dashes though

There is no reason a mid laner should have a more effective shield than a support
