Woow calm down :D The incoming buff is already good. This buff is meant to Catch the attention on Shen potential. The real issue with shen is his late game. With the CD reduction on his dash and the scalling MR, he will be played a bit more. We dont want him to be OP Then nerfed to the ground again right?

Like S2 split-push-take-two-turrets and teleport across the map and assist in a teamfight Shen or just good Shen? I hope you mean the latter of the two.

His W is already annoying as hell and stupidly good in lane. Out of all the things to buff, that's the last thing you'd want to buff. Ok maybe buffing the AP ratio on his ult is the last thing you want to buff, BUT YOU GET THE POINT
