Whats incentive to even give honor?

I seem to notice nobody gives them out, im guilty of this too. I kinda only give them out if the person was flamed/did really well/was very friendly. Though I never seem to get them even if im nice/carry hard, I assume people just dont give them out?

Also, whats the benefit to honoring your duo? Is it pointless? I know people do that too.

I believe honoring helps you progress your honor level faster, and i know receiving honors does. Also, I think if everyone honors someone then everyone on the team gets bonus xp

If everyone honors someone you get a little extra benefit.

And then there's the incentive to keep the system working.
