The reworked version of Morello gives grevious wounds for 3000 golds.
Meanwhile ADCs have acces to it for 800 gold and tanks for 1000 gold.
There should be an advanced item that replaces the Blasting Wand from the new Morello build path and applies grevious wound upon hitting with a spell.
