Why not tweak her kit and give her proper AD ratios? If she's going to be hybrid anyway then make it so that building AD and AP is not only viable but actually strong.

Building both at the same time is rarely a good idea - but being able to choose ap or ad per each game is nice.

Old champs used to be able to.

I think at this point Evelynn is the only one that can viably be built ap or ad. (but not both at same time).

But the fact remains that she can't use all of her kit to it's fullest potential as she's forced to build pure AP for reliable damage while the rest of kit is being held a wall of below average AD ratio's. It just doesn't seem logical putting % Bonus AD ratio's on a champion that's meant to build minimal AD, especially when the ratio's themselves aren't even that high.

In her case I would be interested to see tuning of the ratio's to encourage atleast 1-2 full AD items in her total build, otherwise having AD ratio's becomes pointless when the most you'll beable to use is stats from minor sources like AD from hextech gunblade or masteries.

She builds either AP assassin with Gunblade for AD (and maybe a Scmitar or Maw, but no one really builds Maw), or she goes tank AD/AP. No one truly builds her hybrid.
