My opinion on how to climb out of bronze

So this is just my opinion so it might be wrong... but.. here it is.

I am a bronze 3 and i know the only way i can "climb" out of bronze is by being the "team captain"....i know most players don't want to take the initiative and ping and offer advice and explain to people where to go..do this ..do that...

Yes you need good laning mechanics and good team fighting skills as well as picking a champion that scales well and get make best use of it's "snowballing"

but i find that if you don't "man up" and try to be a captain in solo q ranked games...you will ALWAYS lose... i mean like... literally you have to tell other players what to do - maybe they are inexperienced or maybe they need a helping hand -

Riot should make a 6th role called "Team captain" who gets extra pings and maybe a colored chat or something although i know this would be abused to hell..

But yes if you don't be a team captain for your team in bronze...you will lose almost 80% 4 games out of 5 all the time.

you have to tell the other players pretty much where to go...what to do ..what to build.... when to push ...what objective to take....yes by pinging..but also by chatting...

also i play support sometimes...and you can "create" opportunities for your team to snowball and win their lanes and get kills...but sometimes it doesn't work out that way. But you also have to ping and tell them how to best play...

This is my experience and i haven't played ranked in a month because i don't find interest in it anymore.

I think after plat people pretty much know what to do and don't need pings or information..but i could be wrong...

well you haven't played any ranked games lately but league does this thing where if you have a bad winrate its really hard to climb

I agree with you about being the team leader and stuff. That's what i did when i was in bronze and i got out of it so fast. Seriously, it wasn't elo hell for me at all because it was super easy to get out of for me. I was winning like 90% of my games when in bronze. I played as sona support. i made sure to keep everyone's health high so we could keep on pushing forward and force the enemy to have to retreat instead because they couldnt keep any of my team's health down for long with me there healing. I also warded in areas where i wanted the team to push next. For example if there was a tower we could take i would throw a bunch of wards around the area so we could push that lane safely being able to see if anyone was coming our way. I would ping if enemy was missing in my lane and i'd ping if enemy was missing in other lanes if my teammates weren't doing that. I'd give out advice like telling a high hp teammate to tank the tower just after we had won a team fight so we could win 1 or 2 towers as well. I'd tell them if dragon was about to spawn and I'd ping the "assist me or on my way" thing to it. I would tell people to fight as a team if we kept getting picked off one by one. I would just give out different advice to help us win so yeah i agree with you 100%. Sometimes you need to take charge and help guide your teammates if you really want to win that game.

Eh... It's really more about being a shepherd than a team captain. Just ping them away from danger spots.

In my experience, it's the better jg that decides games. Every time. I just played some strong junglers and smacked my way out of bronze. Like, I don't try to lead as much as I try to inform them. "going top after red." rather than, "stop last hitting and let him shove into tower so I can come and q in and kill him." They just need to be ready. Anything else tends to get on people's nerves and seem excessive, in my experience.

Didn't lose 80% of my games because I didn't tell people how to play. I just told them what I was doing, and they responded accordingly.

When ever I ping danger my team mates just say "stfu I can 1v1 anyone on their team" they then get 4 man ganker and die as I ping missing and danger. I hate bronze
