Is Anivia's R E considered a crit?
If I were to take Crit damage runes, would it be doing bonus dmg?
EDIT: Did not do more damg, Darn! Would be so OP if her E R did 33% more damage.

It's like 8 armor 6MR 33% crit chance 3% AS

Vistha Kai1 votesIt doesn't truly crit. It appears as crit in game and counts for the highest crit in post-game, but doesn't scale with crit stats.
It's a great example of Riot's inconsistency.
