randuin only have 1sec debuff which is imo stupîd but well, that's not the question, my question is :
If i have 1.0AS and I attack someone with randuin. My A.S will be 0.850. But 1sec after it will be 1.0AS so the game will think "this guy has 1.0AS and he did not AA for 1sec so I allow him to AA now"
So basically as debuff of randuin is useless against low attack speed champion right ?
Extreme Troller1 votesSo ?! how does it work ? If Nasus (47.5% AS reduc) and frozen heart 15%, is basically 55.3% reduction so everyone will have less than 1.0as, so randuin may be theorically useless because his debuff last only 1sec.
Extreme Troller1 votesok just saw somewhere else, randuin doesnt work against people with 1+ AS. that's why pro dont buy it anymore. you can aslo test it easily with as steroid, in some case it look like you can aa faster.
