Leaver penalty increase for auto-fill dodges
Just a thought, if you want people to stop dodging games because they got autofilled, I propose the penalty be doubled to 12 minutes for people who dodge because they were auto filled.

Nah man, I'd 100% rather have someone take one for the team and dodge rather than be forced into a role that they're not their best at.
I would prefer waiting 12 minutes and getting the role I want over being autofilled to support.
Maybe have it so if someone dodges an auto-fill they can only choose support or fill from then on until they've played through a full game, and I'm not sure if it's already the case, but make the penalty cumulative for consecutive dodges so people can't just keep dodging every 6 minutes. If they're that intent on getting a roll they want, they can keep waiting through the penalties over and over until they get filled into it. At least with cumulative penalties they wouldn't be able to hold up the queue for long.
All you need to do is learn the support role well enough to be decent. Play support once and you get several games auto-fill free. If you don't want to get auto-filled into adc or jg, just play support whenever auto-fill is enabled and you won't have to worry about learning all the other rolls. It would save so many people a lot of time and frustration and it's not such a heavy burden.
Dodging when you don't get a roll you're good at inevitably forces someone else into that roll. The whole reason for auto-fill is because there are shortages in positions. Riot decided to make it so that everyone has to bite the bullet once in a while to make up for that. Dodging a queue because of auto-fill is like cutting in line and forcing someone else to wait longer for their own chance at a roll they want, sometimes even causing them to get auto-filled in your place. I know because it's happened to me multiple times and is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed.
