Does anyone seriously like the current balancing team?

I don't know if it was either season 1-3 balancing team leaving or Riot hiring new workers but seriously the CURRENT balancing team we have right now is beyond trash, the game damage is high and it seem like they have a logic of favoring champions. I for one know is one of them because Riot came out of a stupid logic before worlds patch "Because lee sin wasn't getting seen a lot in LCS/LCK/EU for 1 summer split".

The game now revolves around the world of balancing the game for the Pros which I hope a Rioter reads this and learn that PRO GAME is 100% different from a NORMAL GAME, learn that logic. It's like Riot balancing team can't do anything unless they watch pros play the champion then consider if the champion is finally broken or not, 5 pro gamer premade vsing 5 other premade pro gamer is not the same as a random fken team where we can't communicate non stop like them.

I agree. I want CertainlyT fired and whoever created Zed to be too. And whoever was responsible for the complete trashing of the mage itemization fired too.

Release XinZhao .. nope Season 2, Rise of Tank meta, so item 3068 Garen .. nope Season 3, Assassin meta, so Leblanc with silence.. Actually yeah the old balance team was pretty cool

PRO GAME is 100% different from a NORMAL GAME

So you're saying they should focus balance around lopsided games where half the people are playing casually, half are learning roles, and maybe a quarter are doing both.

So add all those people up mecha and tell me how much % of the player base is that? 95%? ya you are suppose to balance the game of 95% of the player base not 5% who are the small pro player base.
