@Riot, Do you have any plans to remove the +5 damage to minions now?

At the start of the season you guys gave all champs +5 damage to minions, assuredly because some champs top were going demolish and not getting any ad. Now that every runepath gives some ad or ap (aside from resolve/precision) do you have any plans to remove the bonus damage to minions, or at least state it somewhere in the game?
