Tryndamere W and negatives

Unreformed Shaco··1 votes·353 views

Don't know if this is common knowledge or not, but Tryndamere's W reduces AoE by 20/35/50/65/80, and it goes negative (ie. you have 60AD and he uses max rank W, you now have -20AD)

I just found out that even if you have -AD, you still hit for 33.

Is that intended or?

You cannot reduce someone AD below their base AD, on screen you will see a negative number but they will still hit you as if they have only their base AD remaining.

So if someone has [40 Base AD + 20 Bonus AD] and you hit them with a rank 5 W, the screen will show a --20 AD but they will still be doing damage as if they have 40 AD.

That makes sense I guess.
