used to do tank Karthus all the time it's pretty cool

most build full ap, but his ap ratio's are kinda poor, even on his ult

his base damage though, now thats something different

just sit on the enemy adc and make them suffer haha

I love him too, especially spamming ctrl+3. Shame he is pretty weak and I still don't understand why he got nerfed during assassin heavy meta.

He isn't all that weak, don't buy zhonya's or boots and go for the highest AP items in the game. Your ult will do around 1100 damage then and you'll have no trouble 3 shotting squishies. There's also a Tank Karthus build.

No, you still want boots. Sorc boots provide a lot of extra damage vs squishies and are definitely worth having unless you are full build and can sell them for a different item.

Lol, wut, Karth isn't weak. He isn't easy to play and has a ton of bad matchups, but he is far from weak if you know what you are doing with him.

Thats what we mean by weak, as a champion he is strong, but in the high mobility burst damage meta... he is objectively weak

So many people not knowing the joys of Suicide Karthus and the fact that you simply won't lose a team fight with him. He just has pretty much no good matchups in mid (which is why you take him top into all these tanks :P).

He, however, is too easy to counter now that every ADC can simply pick up a spell shield on demand for his ultimate.

I got the Statue of Karthus skin for the better ctrl+3. The scream still plays infrequently when you spam it but that eagle cries every time. Tilt tactics.

Man, I hope Karthus never becomes meta. His laning phase is relatively safe, can lane top surprisingly well, and that ult is a nightmare when used with coordination. Seeing him every other game or so would be really annoying

As a Karthus main I also hope he never becomes meta. He's in a decent state right now, and needs no changes. I don't want him banned a ton, I don't want to be swamped with "lul, you're playing Karthus so of course you're winning" comments, and I don't want him to be nerfed. Plus one of the funniest things to do with Karth is to destroy someone that thinks he's shit just because they don't see him often and watch them tilt off the planet because an off meta pick is dominating them.

So the other day I was playing him, and I was analyzing the game when without realizing it I started naming the items I was going to need. Which were item 3048 item 3135 item 3089 item 3165 item 3027 item 3116 and this was 8 minutes into the game lol. I then realized why he isn't meta. (but pretty damn fun)

I love him just wish people didn't hate how I play him. I play what I call "suicide Karthus", which I'm sure we've all heard or seen at some point.

I don't "feed", but I dive into team fights with no regard to myself, and I almost ALWAYS trade at least 2 kills, even if I die, if not 3. I play like a crazy person and make sure I have all the focus. My team still gets mad because I do end up dying in fights, but when I do, we never, and I mean never lose the team fights afterwards.

Sadly people flame so much that it takes the fun out of wanting to do it because the team won't follow up, or is too busy flaming to do anything, and then just starts pouting and so on.

The sadness that is people refusing to do anything "different", let alone accept it.
