Let us change masteries in loading screen

At the very least in Draft pick. I mean, its so extremely annoying to be trying to change your masteries at the last second because you forgot, then having to take some weird-ass masteries not fit to your current champ because you forgot to change it from your last one. Spell and Blade Weaving? Doesn't work on Jinx. Well, unless it interacts with her Q which I doubt since its considered an AA. But now I don't have my AS on crit, and I have Double-Edged sword on a ranged and its so annoying.

I mean, what's the hurt? A few extra seconds of loading time so you can adjust?

I don't think you understand what a loading screen is for. It takes all the data entered in the lobby..then loads it into a game. entering new data while loading would probably mess things up..

And I don't think you understood what I said at the end... What can it add? A few seconds extra loading time? Maybe take some 20% of loading back for every change, maybe less?
