Dear Rito, On Nerfing Weak Champions
When you nerf a champion that is weak overall due to one particular strength, let's say Kassadin, could you please buff them in other areas?
I get that he was the most mobile champ in the league so you felt the need to tune that down, but he currently has a 41% winrate (lowest of all mids, stats used are plat-diamond patch 5.12). Maybe give him (and other weak champions that have been nerfed lately cough lb cough) some compensation in other areas.
Perhaps after being shot in the kneecaps Kassadin no longer needs to have the lowest base damages in the game by a landslide, or perhaps he could be given some semblance of waveclear so he doesn't automatically lose anytime the enemy team gets a lead and groups mid.
Suggest buffs: Q base MAGIC DAMAGE: 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 170 - > 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 E base MAGIC DAMAGE: 80 / 105 / 130 / 155 / 180 -> 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240
Adjusting the E mechanic so that it can be used more frequently as waveclear would also be nice. ty.
