No Kassadin changes. Is the plan to leave him in the dumpster for a year before suddenly making him brokenly OP like Elise?

Can you please just take a reasonable approach to balance where champions aren't just completely gutted for being popular competitive picks. Some people actually enjoy playing these champions and don't give a blump about the LCS meta. It's frustrating to have your favorite champion essentially removed from the game for an extended period of time.
