Why do you people keep pretending MF is desperately in need of buffs?

She wins >50% of her games while being a reasonably popular pick. She's picked in about 1 of 12 games, that's more than Draven, Ashe, Varus, Twitch, Kog, Quinn and Urgot. She is not strictly played by MF mains either. Among her playerbase, the average # of games played on her is 38.35. By comparison, Draven's is 137.19.

You know who needs buffs? Kassadin. Kassadin is picked in 1 out of 100 games and has a sub 42% winrate. Even amongst dedicated Kassadin mains his winrate is abysmal. There are at least 20 champs more deserving of buffs than MF and chief among them is Kassadin.

Yea, you gotta nerf a few of these champs. You already did well with Gangplank but there's still MF who can easily get built without killing an enemy and carrying the game. Please just change something about her.

Im sorry, but majority of players dont want Kassadin back in "viable" terms as he is always a overtuned mess.

People want MF to be on par with other ADC`s on botlane, where she might lack a clear identity or strategic purpose, just like how Quinn lacks identity beyond going toplane where most people dont want her(or ranged champs for that matter).
