Full build she's pretty tanky, has point n click cc along with her q, burst dmg from runes and her 3 hit none cd passive and high mobility from her q with pretty short cd
She's just too overloaded and sure, fun to play as for a few times and pretty miserable to play against if your kit doesn't have some form of cc or mobility
She's not super tanky, she tends to buy much more burst than resistances
If you sidestep her Q (which is easy), she won't be able to do anything else since most of her damage come from Q > AA > E to reset AA. And if she dives you with her R, your team should protect you from it, and if they don't, let yourself get hit by the R, and use anything to escape afterwards, not during her dashing with her R (since it will always end up hitting you) because most Vi players will instantly pop a Q after the R, which if you managed to dodge, will make her being in the middle of the field without anything left to use
