it makes literally no sense, literally any bruiser on that game mode is probably worse to deal with than either of them, if it's bugs then I get it but if it's not and just because it's "too op" then what about having 5 snares each 6 seconds from 5 luxs with 25 sec ults
Teemo would be cancer as you wouldnt be able to go anywhere without a sweeper, karthus is straightforward, if he gets ahead the enemy team has no chance to comeback
so the potential karthus team hitting r at the same time to kill the entire enemy team being not allowed "makes no sense"
Because karth can just press R for pentas. Teemo just makes it hell, as oracles no longer exists for his shrooms.

Because Riot assumes everyone is an uneducated scrub who doesn't buy properly to counter the enemy properly, like buying MR, stock up on sweepers, getting a zhonyas, or just outright get burst and prepare mentally for ambushes.
Worse part, is that I bet most people would just fail at such simple stuff if they weren't perma banned in one for all.
