I don't know, I've gotten feedback instantly on people who cursed like 4 or 5 times at someone in my game but I had none on this guy, just feelsbadmen that talking gets you punished faster than intentionally not trying to win and afking
that's not even a lot of games. it's more likely he'll get bored and stop than Riot will punish him at this point
its the current environment. I was documenting in my chat what a guy like this was doing and was punished by Riot. Its what they want because they want to get a rise out of you and get you banned because you will type something like, "please stop" that will be viewed as negative and you will be banned. Its the natural result of participation trophy helicopter parenting culture that we are currently in.
