I don't know where this would go so sorry in advance x3 - I was just wondering what if Riot made a tank champ that revolves around the champ and not it's team, lit's just rare to see a tank champ that doesn't have some sort of cc or slows, just a champ that has defensive abilities for himself, a sort of selfish tank
i wouldn't mind just a raid boss champ.

there would be absolutely no point to such a champion. there would be no reason to not simply just ignore him every time in fights.
like whats he going to do to you? spam taunt emotes at you and shittalk you in /all chat?
why wouldnt you just literally walk past him and attack anyone else?
tanks are defined by high defense, team utility and teamfight engage, or massive teamwide protection like

maybe what youre looking for is a juggernaut. champions like 
theyre defined by low utility and mobility, but high personal defense and damage potential.
First off, that's not a tank, but a juggernaut. Tanks are defined by their utillity, not their tankiness. And we linda have that with Mundo and Garen, both have very little utillity and high tankiness+damage.
A tank with no damage, no cc and no team utility is just a big pile of useless meat.
