This guy literally the only champion that bring fear into the game

anyone mention kiting ??

tell them who is the real emperor

The only champion with REAL global presence

They have unique and clear identity on their head, Who the hell that can make your screen black when you are alone in jungle and make you say "oh shit" ?? everyone know it's nocturne

so why no one play them ??

People play singed People play Noc, and Fiddle brings fear to the real world while Noc brings it to the mind People dont play MF or Ashe because they have to many flaws compared to other ADC's Azir is buggy as fuck I play shen

Not sure if trolling or not... regardless, No one generally plays them (with exception of Azir) due to outdated mechanics and their kits being fairly Immobile. In the age of Mobility immobile champions that don't do as well as other champions in their respective roles tend to be ignored, due to them hindering the chances of their team to win.

Singed is played.

Nocturne is played.

Miss Fortune is rather unpopular, despite being strong, as she requires a wombo set-up. And the current meta game values directed damage output more than hosing everyone on the enemy team a little.

Ashe is also strong - highest or second-highest AD carry winrate.

Azir is buggy as sh*t, and difficult to learn.

Shen - summoner 12 . Take this spell and stick it...on a champion whose powerbudget isn't dominated by that kind of ultimate.

Nobody?

LoL is the most popular game in the world at the moment. The champions you listed are played thousands of times each day in each region and game mode.

What you really seem to be asking is why none of those are Popular picks.

Popularity only exists because of an uneven distribution of attention. Some champions are obviously going to be played more than others.

The meta is probably always going to favor ~10% of the roster as highly visible as well. Nobody aiming to play the best top lanner is going to play the 20th best top lanner. They might play 2nd or 3rd due to bans, rock-paper-scissors, and no mirror match in draft.

Anyways - why aren't those champions 100% pick/ban popular? Beacuse that's statistically unlikely.
