How are you suppossed to counter? Literally just had a game where he kept dying and dying and the enemy kept getting splitpushes and objectives on other lanes cause the fucking towers are so useless and just offer enemy Singed cheese free push and gold. They do 0 to attack or do damage.
You can keep killing him but his team will take other stuff instead or vice versa. What the fuck can you do ?
You know what I do against a Singed? In lane, I push. I push and push and push. Don't let him get the drop on you; be proactive. Answer his silly tactics by not backing down; beat him at his own game. If you waste time trying to chase him or kill him, you're getting nothing done. The last game I did this with was Volibear. I basically won us the game and hit the Flame Horizon during the middle of it.
You could also just not care about him and group with the team to win a 5v4. He can't exactly take towers quickly.
Kill him? Seriously though, early game if he does this you will get a nice XP and gold lead when you kill him. Post 20 minutes if he is still doing this, kill him and force a fight or objective while it is 4v5 for the next 45 seconds.

If enemy has a split pushing singed your team should group up mid as a 5 man and push it down the enemy teams throat. If the enemy team beats you 4v5 in mid then ur team deserves to lose the game
