You realize that she has been predominately played top lane since she was released 3 years ago
She was played Top before her rework it's not something new. The thing is that her pickrate was very low and you didn't notice it but I played lots of Quinn toplane before her rework to counter people like darius after his rework.

What the hell is a post portem? Im certain you meant "postmortem" which means after its dead. An example of the common useage is a postmortem examination of a body, aka the examination of a body that is already dead.
Good thing any traditional top laner is better than Quinn with half her items.

Go sona into her top, heal back all the harass. Just tim your passive shot with her blind. Q still works if blinded also. She is an ADC so you can easily chunk her especially with Lich Bane. Just start 
so you get gold and items faster than she can because. Sona's base stats are good enough. So going

isn't necessary to sustain in lane and output ok damage.

She was so fun to take top, that auto attack blind prevented pretty much anyone from killing you even if they somehow got close through your e knocking them back.
Running around the map with youmuu's botrk and 3 shotting squishies was fun too, I miss her old ult.
In all seriousness, just play safe against Quinn, don't give her early kills and then proceed to murder her at six. Call MIA and make sure your team understands you cannot stop her roams.
