36% W/R... He does like ZERO damage. His winrate dropped by 15% since the start of this patch. 29% W/R for games between 0-25 minutes. Players with 125+ games don't even have above a 41% winrate. This is pathetic NOTE: People actually think that a champ with 36% winrate doesn't need to be buffed? How sad.

Plenty of champs are closet op because the vast majority of people don't play them to their full potential. Eg galio. I know you won't agree but I thought I'd throw that in here anyways

Swain is in a Bad spot, especially early game, no damage.
