Why is Lee sin not part of the Assassin rework?

I don't see how he isn't an assassin, the way he is played is just like Nidalee. Whats the Difference between Nidalee and Lee sin? Almost None, other than Nidalee being AP and Lee sin doing AD and a little bit of AP damage. Nidalee Q R W Q E Is the Same as Lee sin Q Q AA E R. Nidalee can Heal, Lee sin can Shield,

lee sin doesn't deserve a rework for the reasons you stated

he needs a rework because he is a shit champion.

Whats the Difference between Nidalee and Lee sin?

One's a girl, the other is a guy.

Don't know about you man, but being able to those 2 things apart are pretty important for most of us. That's a pretty standard bar to be able to reach for basic observation skills.
