Is Quinn a good ADC choice for bot? What about ashe and Tristana?

I've been using pickban alot lately since i recently started playing ranked, and i've noticed that some champions are listed as strong, decent, or trash. I know riot pretty much removed Ashe's crit damage and Quinn's blind is alot better.

Quinn is listed as "strong", Tristana as "weak", and Ashe as Strong. I dont really get that though, I've always remembered Tristana as being a strong champion because of how good she is later on in the game. As with Quinn, i do enjoy playing her as a marksmen from time to time, but i read a few posts that she isnt a good ADC anymore which is why most people play her top? Ashe got her crit damage removed and instead slows critically but i dont see how that makes her strong and Tristana is left as "decent".

Edit: this got downvoted why o.O

To most people, she was never a good ADC.

But to the people who actually played it, she was god tier. I play her as pretty much my only ADC, and I confidently win lane in most of those games. She's strong, and when you don't build early-mid game spike items, she has a terrifying late game.

My build: item 3508 item 3006 item 3087 item 1053 item 3031 , finish lifesteal (item 3072 is the preferred choice), then finish with a situational item (a item 3035 upgrade, a defensive like item 3026, or something more damage focused, like item 3142 or item 3094 )

The runes I take are AD reds, armor yellows, MR blues, and then 2 APen and 1 (2%) crit chance quint. Masteries are 18/12/0, taking Warlord's bloodlust (although that may change with the upcoming changes to that Keystone)

Skill Order:

Q, E, W, Q, E, R, max Q, W, max E, max W, upgrading ult at 11 and 16.

quinn is weakish as an adc with kind of low range

quinn is stronger in a solo lane

ashe sucks

tristana is an assassin type adc with a very rewarding difficulty curve involving effective use of her rocket jump

Quinn needs to play smart with her support if she is going to play botlane, like Kindred. Though the blind is very helpful, and can easily screw up the enemy botlane if played right. Though if sustained backline DPS, or as we known as the "traditional ADC", is all we need, Quinn is not a good choice.

Ashe is just underplayed, though like Quinn, is not bad if played correctly. I don't know what the hell are people thinking, but I guess they haven't seen a good Ashe in a while and that I haven't been playing much myself either.

Trist is your jack-of-all-trades ADC, though more on the hypercarry side. Literally. Though if a lot of ADCs are nerfed in the future, she would be strong, but that's not gonna happen in a while so she will be those kind of "only if you play well you can do well" ADCs.

######I just noticed they are all underplayed, perceived as "weak", and all work well with Lulu support. There must be a correlation right here.

Quinn needs to bully and establish a kill lane. If she falls behind she can't be of much help. She's usually though of as a pick for top lane to counterpick melee champs and get levels faster so her ability damage scales quickly and she can get her ult to start roaming for ganks. Ashe is utility focused and ends up just plugging away with slows on enemies in a fight, she ends up getting more assists than kills in most games. She can do well but she doesn't really shine until teamfights and needs a good team to protect her during them while following up on her slows and free vision. Tristana is a solid carry. She can pull off some silly dives with her rocket jump reset to score kills on enemies who disrespect her and she scales into having a really good attack range, great single target damage, and ridiculous tower destruction tools that are amazing in the late game for blasting through the enemy team and securing objectives. The only worrying thing about seeing a Tristana pick is that they sometimes don't make the transition well between 'early game tristana' who would use her rocket jump for burst damage to secure a kill and escape and 'late game tristana' when jumping onto an enemy usually means you're jumping straight into the arms of death.

I play ADC regularly in diamond and with my friends who are of all elos. My opinion:

Quinn ADC is just as viable as she is top/mid/jg but her bullying power is slightly less. Her all-in ability is still ridiculous and her ability to poke with Q compensates for her low range.

Ashe is sleeper OP. Her slows are ridiculous. Her Q can be used again against towers (but attacking tower only refreshes stacks). Her ult is amazing for initiating fights, especially mid lane. Once item 3009 are nerfed, watch out for her.

Tristana is overrated. People think she's better than she is because they die less as her. They also win less as her. She has no poke, struggles to farm under tower, and cannot freeze a lane.
