free dash free slow with a HEAL a q that deals already a lot of damage but easily assassinates if someone makes one mistake :O and an invis that he can upgrade like all of his spells

I FEEL like this is trying to make a point against people posting that certain characters have "free" stuff in their kits by using someone that isn't good right now that has some diversity in their kit.
While entirely missing the point of those "free" arguments that usually hinge on an ability having far more than something similar without seeming to lose power in the kit overall.
For example a "free" slow in 
's rend, since it's ALREADY a better 
expunge in terms of being an execute that doesn't really have a good reason to be there. Or 
's pounce which is a basic ability that provides more mobility than 
's damn ult because it has no cost and a 3 second cooldown.
It's disappointing that people picked up calling these cases of overflow "free" and not "unnecessary" but what can you do.

What about the fact that he is one of the most useless assassins in teamfights? Especially if fought against properly? His Q no Isolation damage is nearly pathetic, and with a pink dropped he can't do anything.
Many more assassins have a much more unique and pickworthy status about them. Zed is resourceless and scales amazingly, Leblanc is Leblanc, Shaco can split push, Kat has them resets, etc. Kha is just... you're alone? Well you're dead. And I don't doubt that almost all other assassins can kill an isolated target too.

I just pick Rengar into Kha, cause Rengo hard counters Kha in most situations and then late game I just about always take his head as my trophy.

Yea he's like Rengar, a sort-of beefy assassin jungler.
Kha is still one of the best 1v1 champions in the game, because of his q dmg. He is slippery assasin and is strong, when you master him. People just don't wanna be good at the game, but destroy everyone with "op" champions. Here is a recent montage from a good Kha player. Can you play on his level? If you can't, don't say that Kha is weak, just learn the game.
