they've already stated several times that the reason Graves had his cigar removed is because
- They wanted to standardize portraits/splash art across all clients so that they weren't making different splash art for CN/KR/NA etc. anymore.
- In some countries it is not legal for them to show the cigar
So if you want to go on a rampage about hypocrisy then you should probably have a word with the Chinese government instead of complaining about Riot who is just following their laws.

On a serious note; I miss the cigar and I'm a person deadly allergic to tobacco and avoid it like the plague.
