want to balanced zed
make his w be able to aa at any range and move on their own with his ult giving a 100% amp because zed needs more damage he's really in a bad place right now

100% amp? lmfao I swear to god zed players are just so ridiculous. He already destroys squishy targets effectively and safely, but oh no, he has a hard time against tanks. :(
time to buff him! armor shred on passive, boosted his w's extra ad, gave razor shuriken global range, slash is as wide as a whole lane, and R now instantly kills your opponent. If they use zhonya's, death mark does 75% of their health after it's over.
Zed's ready for the lane again! :)
